Is our jewelry one size fits all?
Our cuff bracelets are designed to expand the average woman’s wrist. Measuring 7 inches (medium), each offer both ease and style. Likewise, our necklaces are crafted to complement the upper neckline of most women.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not at this time
How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours, and delivery within the United States typically takes 5-7 days. All items shipped domestically will be sent via USPS or FedEx.
Where is Black & Gold Fashions jewelry made?
All our jewelry is proudly handmade with love in the U.S.A.
How should you care for your jewelry?
To keep your products looking great for longer, avoid washing them in water. Just take them off before showering or swimming, keep them out of direct sunlight for long periods, and store them in a cool, dry jewelry box.
U.S. domestic orders

Orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Ground, but please note that we’re unable to deliver FedEx packages to P.O. boxes.
Deliveries are drop-off only and won’t require a signature unless requested. Be sure to provide a suitable address for receiving packages.
Priority Mail (2-3 Days) for just $4.95 offers fast, affordable shipping at one simple flat rate. It includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance coverage up to $100.
Express Mail, delivered in 1–2 days, costs $12.95.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact Black & Gold Fashions via contact page.
At Black & Gold Fashions, we want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If you’re not satisfied, just email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a full refund. We’ll provide our return shipping address by email once you contact us to arrange your return. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made as long as complete with all parts. Be sure to include any extras, like paperwork, parts, and accessories, in the package.
Exchanges can only be made for items of the same price, whether it’s a necklace, bracelet, or small accessory.
Make sure to include your original packaging, order number form, and billing name and address, and clearly write the “Reason for Return” on the back of the packing slip.
Please note: When returning items, we highly recommend getting proof of postage and a tracking number. We can’t be held responsible for any parcels that go missing.
